Is PIKaPOS really free?+
Yes, for 1 outlet. The Gratis plan is Rp 0, not a trial, with no credit card and no contract. Opening a second outlet or need advanced features? There are the Pro and Bisnis plans.
What is not in the Gratis plan?+
Features for a growing business: member points, recipes, orders to suppliers, hourly rental, receipts and reports by WhatsApp, and accounting export are in Pro; reports for all outlets and stock transfer between outlets are in Bisnis. Selling, stock, promos, pay-later tabs, cost and profit, profit and loss, the QR menu and Kitchen Mode are in Gratis. The details are on the Pricing page.
Can I accept QRIS, e-wallets and cards?+
Yes. Accept QRIS, e-wallets, cards (EDC) and transfers — the cashier records each one once the money lands in your account or EDC terminal. PIKaPOS never stores card data. Non-cash payments need internet; when the internet drops, the register still takes cash and static QRIS (your printed shop QR code).
Are there transaction fees?+
PIKaPOS charges no per-transaction fee. Digital payments (QRIS, e-wallets) carry an MDR (merchant discount rate) set by the payment provider at their own rates.
Can I switch from another POS app?+
Yes. Data from Moka, Majoo, LunaPOS, ESB and RecoPOS can be imported for free through the web back office, up to 500 rows per file (split a large catalog into several files). From any other app, use the PIKaPOS CSV template. Our team can help over WhatsApp.
