Accept QRIS, e-wallets & cards

Accept QRIS, e-wallets, cards (EDC) and transfers — the cashier records each one once the money lands in your account or EDC terminal. PIKaPOS never stores card data. Non-cash payments need internet; cash and static QRIS (your printed shop QR code) can still be recorded offline.

Frequently asked questions

Can PIKaPOS calculate tax automatically?+
Yes. Set up PB1 (restaurant tax), PPN (VAT), and service charge to match your business, and tax is calculated per item and itemized on the receipt. For VAT-registered (PKP) businesses, PIKaPOS creates the e-Faktur XML file for you to upload to Coretax DJP.
How do orders reach the kitchen?+
Every order prints as a kitchen ticket on a Bluetooth thermal printer (tablet & phone) or LAN printer (tablet), split by station such as the drinks bar and the kitchen, with no extra screen needed. If you want one, a kitchen display (KDS) can run in the browser, or put an Android tablet in the kitchen in Kitchen Mode: an order board with timers that can also print kitchen tickets.
Can the restaurant POS work without internet?+
Yes. Take orders, print receipts and kitchen tickets, and accept cash and static QRIS without internet. Data syncs automatically once you're back online.
Can customers order from their own phones?+
Yes, with the QR menu. Customers scan the QR code on the table, pick their dishes, and send the order from their phone. The order lands on the POS and can print straight to the kitchen (auto-print can be switched on), and payment still happens at the counter.
How much does PIKaPOS cost?+
The Gratis plan is free for 1 outlet: Rp 0, no credit card, no contract. For more outlets or advanced features there is Pro (from Rp 82.500 per outlet a month, paid yearly) and Bisnis.
